Japan

The top of Fuji-san at dawn.

After years of anime and a life long fascination for the Japanese culture and society, I finally decided I had to go. The regular two weeks that my prior trips had was great for a city, or little island, but certainly not for a country, especially A sketch I made on my face on the flight home. not Japan. I set one restriction on the trip, that was it had to be a month, no less. I figured, this would be my last chance to take a real trip of length since, I would have to move on to a 4 year college and eventually get a career type job. Without doubt or reserve I started planning 6 months before the trip. I taught myself the language and studied the culture. Picking a traveling companion was easy, only one was available, willing, and only one had the stamina to spend a whole month with me, Tinky. We got there and we traveled the country. Our biggest flaw was that Matsumto-jowe tried to do too much, way too much. Problem was we succeeded in doing too much. I had the time of my life all the same. From climbing Fuji-san to riding the Bullet train across the country to exploring the old castles, it was a trip like no other. The details I could go into have no end. I have already written a several hundred page travel journal in web-page format to cover the details of the trip. It was my first web witting ever so please forgive the poorly written code.

Without further adu, I give you...
